This position can be a casual appointment / part time or a full time position.

  • Referral: As a RCA, you need to only refer clients to us who are your known contacts. Our executives will then contact and meet the clients and try to win business.
  • Perpetual commissions. Once a client is registered to a BCA / RCA, then all subsequent sales will be assessed for commission.

Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager deals with developing the companies client base, achieving targets and agreed budget performance, developing and arranging the movement of cargo by finding cost-effective means and choosing the best option for moving goods to the final destination. Should be able to maintain excellent complaint free relations with clients.

To be a Business Development Manager, you should:

  • Have 2+ years of sales experience in a freight forwarding company in the UAE.
  • Good spoken and written communication skills.
  • UAE Driving License.
  • Should be able to show good results from the first month of joining.
  • Excellent tax free salary and commission structure can be offered, which will not be a constraint to the right candidate.
